Weight Chart helps to monitor your weight and waist circumference over time. Newer studies show that a waist to height ratio of over 0.5 increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, a ratio over 0.6 significantly. It's a better measure than the well known body mass index (BMI) because it takes the distribution of fat into account more accurately.

iBuff in the App Store
The iBuff iPhone app is a series of live action HD videos on the correct way to work out in the gym, taught by professional body builder Bee Smith. If you want a professional trainer to show you the best way to workout and weight lift, here is the perfect way to have your own trainer on call, when ever you want.
The application is divided into 11 different segments; Intro, Chest, Fly, Gun show (biceps), Hammer Curl, Push ups, Triceps, Quads, Calf, Lunge, and Cardio. There is also an "About" page which gives you a short biography on Bee Smith, and the producers of the app.
Take your iPhone to the gym and watch one of the segments before doing your exercise. Go to the gym at least three times a week, work hard, and see the difference working out with Bee.

New iPhone App: Workout
Interval training is one of the best methods to enhance your physical fitness and burn calories and is therefore a basic part of many physical exercise and workout sessions. It is broadly defined as repetitions of high-speed/intensity work followed by periods of rest or low activity.
This application helps to manage and control the intervals. Just define the duration of the work and relax periods and the number of cycles you want to do.
Despite enhancing your health this application can be used to structure any kind of repetitive work.
